Ok folks, this is the last of the Expo West Products I’ll be posting this week. There were so many products and people I didn’t get to see or try, we need one more day at Expo because it is way too big. So, if anyone out there from Expo West is listening, for next year, can set up be on Wednesday, so we can have Thursday-Sunday to walk the floor, meetings, and have the chance to see some speakers? Udi’s Italian Sausage Lasagna & Broccoli & Kale Lasagna
*I was happy when I tasted a mouthful of the Kale Lasagna that is was tasty, as was the Sausage lasagna. My fave between the two is the sausage but they are both worthwhile for the trying. Also, I give kudos’ to Udi’s for being one of the only companies that introduced glutenfree convenient meals, something that is seriously lacking in the GF community. Now if only we can get them to start using non GMO ingredients 🙂
