I love pierogies! Growing up with my Russian great grandma and grandma, they would make them all the time. Sometimes they’d stuff them with meat n cheese, sometimes with sauerkraut. But my favorite were the potato n onion and my grandma would add in fresh garlic chives from her garden.
Yesterday on Twitter someone reminded me of how much I missed them, so I have found three different recipes for you from: CeliacTeen, GlutenFreeOnAString & About.com.
** And then of course there is Conte’s Pasta that sells frozen pierogies but I haven’t seen them in any stores around me.
